Out and about on the networking circuit, you meet a huge variety of business people. This morning, for example, I chatted with a vehicle security specialist, another marketing consultant and an e-efficiency guru, among others.
The South Cambridge Coffee Morning was hosted by Dave Lucas of Drop Dead Caricatures, who kindly sketched a caricature of any of us who wanted it. What a fabulous event add-on! OK, so sometimes these aren't the most flattering of images, but they are certainly amusing and a great talking point. The only reason I haven't put mine up here is because I haven't got access to an A3 scanner...
As well as individual portraits, Dave can draw groups or work from photos to create a framed drawing as a gift which would make an excellent leaving present for a colleague, or a present for Dad (shame we've just had Fathers' Day).

and wasn't it fun too --- lol should I frame it or shouldn't I??? I just take a pic of the A3 size, works well if you don't have a scanner --- great way to make people smile :D
